• You understand how to run a profitable digital consulting company and the exact steps to take to keep it profitable. 💵
• You have a clear plan for growing your company: product, branding, audience, growth strategies and why your work matters.
• You’ve created an excellent sales landing page that’s ready to convert your target audience. Hint: we do this for you. Free website? Yes, please!
• You’ve had a 1-on-1 correspondence with members of the press and/or your target audience to discuss working with you. No matter what they say, this is a powerful step towards growing your consulting business.
• If you reach the end of Boss Up! and you don’t have a new client (yet!) that’s okay. We give you a "what to do next" plan and check in regularly to see how things are going.

• Co-working time to work on your business and get things done.
• Launch strategy Review. Our team of consulting industry experts will take a look at your launch plan draft and put comments on what to add, subtract, or edit to make it stronger.
• Client/Press pitches. We get you in correspondence with either a member of the press and/or your target audience. This is your chance to pitch your business and ask if they’d like to hire or promote you.
• Accountability. A timeline with specific dates to get things done.
